Short, Medium, and Long Term Rentals
We offer both furnished and unfurnished rentals. Furnished rentals are available both on a short term basis and on a medium or long term basis.
- Short term rentals are available for a few days and provide a cleaning service afterwards.
- Medium term rentals are furnished spaces available for rent on a week or month type timeframe.
- Long term rentals are unfurnished spaces available to lease for one year or more.
We do not fix and flip properties – instead, we invest in properties that need that last 10% that the fix-n-flippers didn’t finish. We only offer spaces that are a joy to stay in or live. That means modern appliances, thoughtful interior design, no leaky faucets, effective and comfortable heating and cooling, installed security systems with smart locks, and no loose fixtures.
We always maintain our properties to a high standard. When something does go wrong, we respond quickly and effectively, and get it fixed correctly. We are available 24/7.
We use technological solutions to automate as much as we can so that both you and we don’t have to spend time thinking about things that shouldn’t have to: online payments, automated calendars, smart thermostats, smart locks.
We consider the safety of our spaces nonnegotiable and again requiring the highest standards. All properties have been inspected by certified home inspectors, all furnaces and cooling units are beyond meeting code, carbon monoxide detectors are placed where needed, fire extinguishers are available on each floor, security systems are installed, first aid kits are placed in quickly accessible places.
We pride ourselves on providing living spaces that not only need no repairs or upgrades, but also have no annoyances.
